Sunday, June 6 — Sons of the Rio Grande Western swing group. In the garden of the Shaffer Hotel, from 3 to 5 pm.
Sunday, June 13 — Victor Gonzales Y Solido Band Rancheras, R&B, Rock and Roll, Oldies, Boleros & more. In the garden of the Shaffer Hotel, from 2 to 4 pm.
Saturday, June 19 — The African Sounds Experience African drumming & dancing with a heavy emphasis on audience participation. At the Dr. Saul Community Center, from 7 to 9 pm.
And our end-of-summer tradition continues:
Sunday, September 19 — De Profundis The Albuquerque-based men’s choir returns to enchant local & regional audiences. Quarai Ruins, Punta de Agua, 3 pm. Bring your own chairs! And possibly sunscreen & water!
